going to malaysia soon again... thinking of getting those that lock yoru steering wheel and pedal together...... nto sure what it calls..just to check with bros here,, if that thing work?? or other recommendations?

what is ur car?? if it is a mercs, audi, etc all the luxurious type better not drive up to malaysia..... and by the way, I hear be4 there is some electronics they use to open up honda streams.... duno whether it is true or not..... u can protect the car but they can just take ur wheels away.... anyway best is to park in well lighted areas... but no gurantee though....
I think having an alarm system will be just fine...... no need to be too scare just enjoy urself on ur drive up dude....

my car is just a opel though... but who dun love his car dude...... even if i am driving a 19yr old car.. i also will feel heartbreak if kana stolen...my car has no car alarm..... but i heard even they can break thru the car alarm system.....i am driving up to malacca..... think that car lock will help?

1.always park your car heads in facing the wall.
2.turn your steering wheel full locked left or right then off ur car
(both point 1 & 2 will not allow your car to be towed away)
3.always park in the hotel parking other wise some where you can
see it, if you go shopping or in ur hotel then use the above.
4.Always DO NOT disengage if ur alarm rings ... always wait a while then do that ... that is to tell the thief that you are nearby
5. the steering wheel to pedal lock seems like a good investment
6.dun place any thing valuable in your car .... -

hey chop chop ... go to the shop called 'Charming auto' some where up Jalan Bandar Hili .... there ah .. got all shorts of car barang barang ... i got a pair of white halogen lites for my daddy's G9 corolla for only ......................SGD$15 and a spoiler for like SGD$120.
My friend got his sound sys upped there now power sia powering about 1000watts on 2 10-inch subs... they are reliable and trustworthy ...

those guys are able to break thru all sorts of locks.... i heard from my fren whose uncle used to steal cars. Wheel locks no use 1. Once they got ur car, within half and hour ur car is out of malaysia liao... so lux and new cars if can dun go in, if nt park at those carparks with a lot of lux cars as well

oh at malacca.. haha... no wonder.. aiyoh.. go there 1st thing is to explore leh.. where got time to find "equipmebnt" o prevent car from stealing..haha thanks anyway
