Freak Accident

Witness an accident abt a month ago....till today...felt sad abt it.
was uncomfortable when i 1st saw it...
this guy crossing the perdestrian crossing...just turn green man...
and this taxi driver...was like trying to beat the red light...
right in front of me...i saw the taxi hit the guy...and the guy was thrown forward...
quite a few of us went to help..but nothing can be done...the guy bleeding badly......
police came within 5mins...
the guy died abt 3hours later...(according to news)
now...dirve also don speed.... -
taxis only know how to cause accidents. they're all accidents waiting to happen

today one sec 3 ger cross road oso kena knocked down.....dunno by van or lorry......she died on the spot......the father cry until so cham

but think police took the particular of a lady in taxi...
there were some construction workers there (they building a bridge)...so police also got go talk to them...
also think got 3 ppl called up police on the spot when accident happened.
the taxi driver like damn lost after he knocked down the guy. but what the point of regretting...when he knows he should not beat the red light. -

not solely taxi drivers, every morning i need to push stroller to sent my kid to babysitter, there is this zebra crossing where i need to cross...can tell you i got all kinds of vehicles rush past before my face as if i am a ghost! there is this corolla, saw the driver left foot resting on the seat...figured that car should be a automatic! damn...if i happen to see this car involve in accident and the driver died...i would spit on his body...no regrets!Originally posted by TVaddict:taxi drivers AGAIN!!! -

yeah..i dun think its rite to attribute all accidents to cabbies though most of them do have bad drivin habits but who can swear that they are the model drivers? in fact..the dangerous drivers are those who modified their cars and rav like as if they are schumacher in F1

those people just dun realize that if they speed they die never mind.... but it's the consequences of their actions which does most damage... so gotta drive safely... always got a family to return to.... poor chap...

Wah lao all taxi drivers r liddat de lah... They all "rush hour Gan Si Dui" one... 2 them time = money... Tatz y all e time u heard them beatin red lights, speedin, causin accidents all tat...
Juz take mi as an eg, when i was learnin my class 3 at Ubi, while on e road always got taxis behind mi. Make mi feel v pressured. They dun gif way 2 mi leh, seein im L-plate somemore... Den if im in front of e taxi, wah lao behind he keep hornin mi sia... My instructor always curse them always so fast dunno wanna go where reincarnate...

exactly the same thing happened to me during my driving lesson days.... i got the urge to just jam the brakes, engage reverse and smash his rice bowl. but cannot la... smash their car liao how they earn a living. gotta restrain my urges.

just 2 days back, I almost had an accident with a taxi at tampines... that stupid taxi driver wanted to make right turn at the traffic junction when I still have the right of way (still green)...he inches to his right and wanted to "chiong"...wah lah....I had to make a sway to my right to aviod knock by him.....
all these taxi drivers..... stop to pick up or alight passengers.... often no signal..... su-ka su-ka stop and then su-ka su-ka make change lane.... really road hazards! -
yah.... i esp hate drivers who stop far beyond the right turn pocket at the junction... got a few near misses as i had to cut into the lane on my left to avoid those cars waiting to do a right turn. sheesh.

is like both side of the traffic...everyone was stunned....
no one dare to move for a second....
opposite side got more ppl....all blurred....
man...is really scary...i mean i cant describe it...jsut seeing the impact of the taxi knocking onto the guy...and the guy flew forward...really shocked everyone..... -
I think cause taxis are more prominent on the roads than private cars that makes it seems as if taxi drivers are those always causing accidents.
I personally seen just as many private cars beating redlights, knocking people down, cut lanes without signals, force into lanes, zoom pass zebra crossing though people are obviously waiting to cross, etc. -
*sigh*...those stoopid taxi drivers...

to be honest, its no just taxis.unfortunately taxis are more prominent on the roads, so they are often thought as unsafe drivers. actually so far, in the course of my driving lessons, taxis have not been any cause for grief to me, but a lot of private cars anyhow cut lane, esp turning out from small roads into main roads, causing me to have to jam brakes to avoid collisions on more than one occasion.
