I was driving along ECP last night(@ 100+km/h) when the Merc in front of me suddenly jam his brakes to avoid a balloon!!
Almost kiss his a** and get myself sandwiched between him and the car behind me.
The driver behind me swerve to 2nd lane to avoid colliding into Natasha and the Merc idoit just speed off again.
Wha piangz!! trying to kill someone over a ballon..... another idiot driver!!

why are you driving at 100+ when the speed limit is 90?
also, driving so fast and at night, some people will instinctively react to whatever comes out...
the only things we can do is drive safely and not speed.. -
Dun follow too close...i had e same situation few days back.
Follow behind a container truck,then a 5 series BM cut in front of the truck to exit a filter lane.the truck jam brake,i almost kiss the truck...my b*lls already drop..@ that point in time... -

Driving at 100km/h along expressway isn't fast. It's ok speed. Problem is tailgating and alertness.

be safe and not sorry..... by kissing that car's a++ almost 70 per cent u will be in the wrg.... he can just argue that he touches his brake to warn u that u are following too closely.... and u end up kissing it... -

actually.... 100km on expressway isn't fast... esp if on the right lane... cos it;s for overtaking... if everyone went 90km in every lane... there would be no need for an overtaking lane... but in Singapore, as long as you hit the back of another car, you're in the wrong... cos they say you never keep safe distance... so next time, just remember the 2 second rule can liao...

Its not always the speed which you are driving at ... its also how fast things happen & whose behind you ... once got into an accident where the front few cars jammed brake & collided... I wuz travelling abt 80 & I too jammed brake ... heng never kena car in front ... but who noes ... along came the car behind me, couldn't brake in time & kissed my bumper ... haiz ... so moral of the story ... brake 2 good oso got disadvantage...
