Has anyone tried the Fuel saver ?

  I saw that there were a few advertisements in this forum on this particular Fuel Saver which cost at $60.
  
  Has anyone tried it?
  Does it really help to save fuel consumption?
  
  I have also seen one advertisement in the papers for a fuel saver for $38. Why is there a difference in price? Does the more expensive one save us more fuel?
