So what do u want to know about Mazda 6? I have a friend who just bought a Mazda 3 recently and he loves the steering. Waiting for him to jio jio a ride in his new toy.
I drive a Mazda 6 now, and the petrol consumption is quite good for a 2000cc car (about 11.2 - 11.6 km per litre). Didn't plant in any accessories, even though they gave us sport rims as spare rims. Comfortable and quite quiet in the car. Overall, I would rate this a good buy.

I driving a mazda 3 sports version but fuel consumption is rocket high!!! 7km / litre even i didn ram , just drove between 2500 to 3000 rpm. Agree that is very comfy and engine sound is quiet.
Still falling in love head over heels from 1 month ago till now!!!!

As i say earlier my milege is around 7km/litre, need to send to mechanics when the service is due.... -

My friend told me it's about 10-11km per litre for the Sedan model. Kept confusing the names up. Pai say.
He's waiting to get the fuel nozzle adjusted on the 1st servicing to come. Hope to improve the performance after that. -

Is it true in the States, they call their Mazda 3 the Axela? I got a few wallpapers of it. Found them online. Any increase in horsepower for the US ones?

yes. one parallel importer in Singapore sells Axela. Called them up, and the price difference is a about 2-3k (can't remember exact figure). but no leather seats. With seats (done in S'pore) another 1k. So i rather pay abit more and get from distributor... at least the seats are done in Japan. -
I see. But any difference in horsepower? Because I know for some continental cars, the original stuff where it came from have much more higher CCs and stuff. Wonder if the Axela is tuned up there in the States...

i think the Axela here is 1.6l, same as M3 . But dunno whether the specs is exactly the same ... I never bother to check .. i saw it on classified before.

Better book you car now, as the waiting time for M3 is more than 6mohts already. I can recommend you a good SE in Mazda - Kampung Empat (Main Branch and Service centre in SIngapore).
