Why is it everytime Evo VS WRX?

How come there is no other car to compare in asia other then these 2?
Most of the time there is a topic started Evo vs WRX will start?

because the Celicas of today ain't the 300bhp 4WD monsters of 92 no more?

Due to the demand of these two cars.These two manufacturers have been battling tooth and nail for almost 10years now.....From the WRC days...its hard to compare these two cars.They are always trying to out-do each other.That makes these two car so exciting and powerful!!

Because they're quite similar in price, performance, features, target audience etc.
But the general consensus has always been that the Evo is more of a driver's car, whereas the STi is the better daily driver.
And it's STi vs Evo. Stock WRX is leagues away from STi. -

just look at the engine inside levin and treuno.... 4AE it is one of the most advance racing engine.... at that time.... damn if toyota continue in WRC make me wonder where will be the standing of all these two....

Why can't there be peace ... as far as i notice that Skyline are hardly brought into the picture ... and where and what happen to the trustworthy Honda Prelude?

Prelude BB2! Seen alot of cute colours. One yellow one, one with a multitude of colours! I know there's one at Yishun. Black in colour...
Saw an EK9 outside Hougang Mall. Yellow coloured one with a carbon fibre bonnet. Cool machine. Also, just about 2 days ago, saw the whole MR 'club'! In the bus heading home, saw 2 MR2 SW20s, 5 MRS ZZW30s, and one WRX STi, all moving in one gang down Upper Serangoon Road... woah. Stunned the hell out of me and my friend... Cool stuff...

ya right.The 3dr SiR is also known as EK3.IT may looks just like that EK9 Type-R but look at the exhaust and u will notice the difference

WRX's and Evo's are always being compared because they were designed for similar purposes..Skylines are of different class of race car as some have already said..it's track monster/touring car....wheareas the Evo and STi are rally-derived cars...
