  if i buy a second hand car...after 3 years maybe i wan sell in...how much will i lose? is there any way to calculate it?
  
  and wad's OMV and PARF value? will it change?

  you may wan to take a look here. a rather useful website. and u would be able to find the definitions of those there too. if im not wrong the Open Market Value and the Preferential ARF are fixed.
