How do you find out purchase price of cars "then"

I want to buy a second hand car, the details given were PARF and COE, but I still can't work out the exact detail of depreciation and compare with the price of new car. Please help.

based on the parf and coe, it is sufficient to calculate the margin that the dealer is charing you and the annual depreciation....
