  Jazz3011..the commission for picanto was really abt $400... a fren of mine working as SA told me tat..so can't be wrong lor..the onli reason i can think of the offer was tat there r some "stocks" in the warehouse and cost is required to keep these Rios..which is y my SA was quite sure abt getting the Rio this month if i change my mind...
  
  Anyway i've already made up my mind to WAIT for my picanto... wat to do.... Happy waiting to those who havent get the car!! =)
  btw for those expecting their cars in sept/oct, any idea wat our number plate alphabet will be?? i hope it's SFM... SFL not so nice! keke

  i honestly feel that when buying a car, regardless of which model, down as much as u r comfortable with, at least u save on the interest and each mth, won't be so siong....10% - 20% should be a comfortable margin....as for how long the loan should be, 7 or 10, the impact won't be that much....need to have at least some cash on hand for rainy season hor....by default, a car should serve up to a minimum of 7-8 years....depending on usage....
  
  just to share with all, did anyone notice the turning radius for this car? it's 4.6, seem to be too wide for a car that's rather small......the tank is also way to small, 35l only....for a 1l nissan march, it's abt 42l.... have to top up petrol rather often....the suspension used in front and back r all rather basic and normal, nothing impressive....may cause problems due to wear and tear....take note.....

  Went 2 IMM a few days back, and the guys frm Kia was juz at the front entrance with an auto Picanto...
  
  The seat is ok, but the space is a bit small (got 2 push quite back b4 I can fit comfortably)...
  
  I pop the hood, the engine looks a bit squeezed in (I was thinking 'old Mini engine' type of squeeze)...
  
  Cannot drive 4 obvious reasons...
  
  So any Picanto owner coming down 2 the 10th July meet-up? I wanna feel how good it is in motion...

  most of the picanto is not out yet unless jos go lor. i also 1 to go and have a look at the outing but no car too bad plus work afternoon shift.

  Ya u r correct that d fuel tank capacity is rather small but it does mean that u have 2 top up petrol rather often.
  
  According to Joseph, his pica can make 16km/L. Let's imagine he top up 30litre each time he can make 480km. $1.50 x 30 = $45
  
  Then another March manage to make 13km/L. He also left out 5 litre then only top up. so he can make 37 x 13 = 481km. $1.50 x 37 = $55.5!!
  
  Wat 2 u think huh??
  
  Abt d suspension, dun ask 4 more unless u r really racing driver who always enjoying fast speed cornering. Then tis car doesn't suit u. It's only design 4 comfort ride. And u r right, it's rather basic coz it's juz a basic car.
