I would advise you to leave it as it is. These after market power windows have a life span of only a few years, and if not properly fixed, you get vibrations on your rear door.Originally posted by mini-sized:Any lobang on changing from manuel winding to auto winding on the back-seat window?
According to my SA the queue has go as late as Oct to collect the car. If you book now maybe be later.Originally posted by ZataNnA:hihi! i'm very interested in the picanto after reading all ur comments abt it!heh..(but hope i'll be able to get one..)it looks cute n the performance is like pretty ok..

Hi j19021974,Originally posted by j19021974:Good Morning Van Helsing,
Check with C&C, what it is about regarding the cost. Sometimes they can compromise a bit from the ad. Maybe you want to check with my sales, Mr Willie @90052289. I bought my during the preview at Compass Point. My is a Liquid Silver OPC Pica. Driving it for abt 3 weeks liao, and I like it very much because I waited it for 7 months since launch in Europe last year.
Good Morning Kingfisher,
Got any 'lobang' getting the visor? 2nd hand one where huh? Maybe I will check with Hyundai if Getz rear spoiler will fit. Anyway, Pica is sharing the same engine with the 1.1cc Getz in korea (H logo under the boot and many HMC under there). The chassis is the same but shorter a bit.
Hey j19021974, did your car install central locking ? According to my SA, for boot area they need to drill hole in order to install central locking for boot lip. Did they do it on your Pica? Anyway feel sorry for your window but at least C&C willing to change for you.Originally posted by j19021974:Sorry I need to highlight something. Those who book Pica with alarm, remember to check all the inside of the 4 doors near the power window and manuel window winder. I had scratches on the rear left piece. C&C will change it for me.
I also put my hp no. I got my decal yesterday. Anyway try to come this Friday.Originally posted by kinkichong:Sorry btw how to join the club i went into the webpage n the ask me to leave my hp no. so they will sms me the location n place to collect. But how????
Helo j19021974Originally posted by j19021974:The spoiler cost about $140 @ JC5. The address is in the www.swig.com.sg. But the visor is abit ex, abt $120. For those who have not join KIA CLUB SINGAPORE, please do so. Not to loss out to Getz or Matrix club.
On my sale agreement, the delivery date is July/Aug what if you get it before me then I think C&C need to look into their system(Just joking) Anyway who get first also doesn't matter, the most important we get the car without any defects.Originally posted by mini-sized:I'm not too sure on the delivery of cobalt blue...what date of delivery does it state in your sales agreement? Mine states as Aug/Sep even though SA say end of july car would be ready...so shall see later
Wow, now the price is S$56999 incl insurance.....
huh ? I tot you bought it at $49999, how come you need to pay so much at $56999 . You bought the auto or manual one ?Originally posted by VanHelsing:
This was the information given to me on the Picanto. Hope is useful to those interested. Cheers
KIA PICANTO. Price is at S$56,999 include 1st year insurance with installment susidise up to a total of S$5000(subject 3mth bidding).Downpayment of S$2900 can be used on DBS or Citibank credit card, spread into 24mth interest free, which mthly at S$130. Mthly instalment for the car will be at S$562( 10yrs). Loan will be taken from Maybank at a 2.45% interest(per annum). Here's an example:
Car Price S$56 999
Downpayment S$2 900 (Divided by 24mths for credit card installment = S$130)
Loan amount S$54 099
Monthly S$ 562
MayBank will required the customer to pay a min of S$150 every month.
Therefore if your insurance is S$1500 we will take S$5000-S$1500=S$3500
So these S$3500 will be used to offset for your monthly installment.
If you pay S$150 the rest of the S$412 will be susidise by C&C
Therefore if your insurance is at S$1500, the 1st 8mth of your installment will be at S$150 then from the 9th mth onwards will resume back to your usual monthly installment at S$562.
On top of the susidise monthly installment S$150,you will need to pay for the S$130 for the downpayment installment and thats make up to the amount of S$280per month
