Was at home one day and saw that truck on Discovery Channel... Think got 4 digits worth of BHP and the best part is that it was racing with a biplane from a standing start and it overtook the bloody plane after juz 11 sec... how do u fit a 36000hp engine to a plane? the truck won by sheer power.
why was the plane faster than truck initially ? because plane started out with a certain speed, say 160kmh or something, truck started with zero. then it had to accelerate and pick up speed,etc and wait for the 3engines to kick in.
by end of race, the truck won not just by sheer force but also because the plane is a stunt plane, not 1 designed for speed. a stunt plane is designed to withstand Gs not fly with 36000hp.
