Today i "Pah" Esso petrol 8000 with a quarter tank left with 5000 n i realised that my car is much more smoother(pick up), not only the engine sounds smoother, but the gear changing(auto) is also quick in reacting...normally when i use 5000, the rpm needed to change gear(from 1st-3rd gear) exceeds 2krpms(ard 2.2k+rpm)...but today the rpm(using 8000) did not exceed 2.2k+rpm..in fact, it changes not exceeding to 2krpm...ard there...
So...is it true that different grade of petrol affect my engine? Esp. the rpm for gear changing...also,better grade petrol(eg:8000)used up faster than (5000)???
Guidances?
