HONDA CITY

Gonna scrap my KIA in a few months time.
I gone thru a few cars and I found Honda City is quite cheap with good fuel consumption and good cabin space.
Anyone got any comments on this car? -
There are a few threads on the City. Go through them, get a test drive and make your own conclusion. There are also many postings and review on the net. Go for serach under Yahoo.
It's a good choice though to pick the City. You won't regret it. -

david is rite... u should got for the test drive and conclude for urslf whether u think it is gd.... but do try out and research on other makes as well.... so dat u can make some comparisons........

pros:
fc
: very good fc - average 14.8 km per l at 60 percent highway
space
: very good space - fold flat seats means a 1.7 m guy can lie
fully straightened(even 2 persons side by side)
dual glove box
gear level
: manual gearbox short throw and very smooth
cornering
: cornering is good with little bodyroll
steering
: accurate, fast and weighted at high speeds, good lock-to-lock
boot
: 500 litre boot
engine
: very quiet when idle, almost vibrationless at standstill (best in
class), very willing to rev, overall a refined engine (for iDSL)
pick up
: good pick up as long as you are willing to rev at least 3000 rpm
cons:
looks
: futuristic tadpole morphing into frog look. can be remedied using
bigger wheels, rear spoiler and side rain visor. (IMHO, body kit
makes city look fatter especially side skirt)
vanity mirror
: on front driver side
ride
: on the hard side
no clock
: only when cd player is playing you can select display to show the
clock
power
: initial power upslope a little lacking especially in second gear
