New car interest rate

Hi, I just know of a bank that gives a 1.6% interest rate but on two condition. My friend and myself have changed it and it actually save us $25 monthly and a total saving of 1.6k-1.8k over the total loan!
The 2 conditions are
1. Has to be on the road for more than ½yr.
2. Not for COE car.
