Madafaka on the PIE paya lebar

12.15pm on 7 July. CCB!!! i was on the right lane of the PIE heading towards bedok. Got a madafaka on the right lane in front of me driving at 60kmh. when i overtake him on the left lane i saw him using handphone.

take his number down and call traffic police lah .... as i posted on the last thread ... this kinda people ought to be shot
