  my racing team teammate owns one. the car is a bit too spongy, and torque is sadly lacking.

  The car has weak torque which makes it slow but nonetheless looks very good!

  Rotary engine...not sure if it is exactly the same as the RX-7...but it sure gives out a sound that is very different from Pistons and Cams engines.

  Not excatly(sp), RX-7 is turbocharged, RX-8 is NA...

  Wait... you saying the Rx-7 or Rx-8? I think the Rx-7 Type S is turbocharged... Anyway, 255bhp from a 1.3l engine is actually good... cos it's a rotary.... can anyone confirm this?

  a wankel engine is the term for rotaries. the RX-8's motor is in no way the same as the RX-7's just that the method of operation is similiar.

  im not so sure about this. but even if it isin't i think u are very much mistaken to say the RX-7 and thre RX-8's engine is the same. thats like saying the old sq headlamp merc E200 and the new round eyes merc E200 has the same engine just because both are 2 litre, and have 4 cylinders.

  The new E200 is a supercharged 1.8L engine. Not a two-litre engine.Unless you are talking about the C180 2.0L.

  sorry, not the newest of the newest. what i had in mind is more the 1st gen E200 b4 it got the supercharger. prob a bit closer to the C180 2.0L. but er, yah the 2L NA engine. oh btw, the newest e class is the one with the 1.8L supercharged engine. the previous round eyes, after its facelift, actually got a 2L supercharged engine. which the 1.8L supercharged is matching punch for punch anyways. thats technology for u.

  the rx7 is wankel twin rotary, but the rx8 is Renesis twin rotary...
