I have written in to LTA and had reply leow....they sent me my list of error deduction records....from 1st July until 12th July....
The joke is my CashCard transaction records printout shows true deductions were effected on the said date, time and place.....!!!!!!
Not just CTE, Bencoolen Street one (Sim Lim Sq) also deducted from my CashCard and then LTA system detected error.....NBZ$##$@#$@$
YOU BETTER CHECK YOURS IN CASE YOU GUYS RECEIVED REGISTERED MAILS from LTA recently.....
LATEST NEWS!!! LTA had KIVed my case and will monitor my IU and their technicians will check the gantries...
I would like to extend my appreciation to Miss K (ERP Operations) for her courtesy, her attention, her patience, her explanation, her clarification, etc...
Thanks goodness we have government people like her who appreciates our explanation and feedback.
