  Hi all,
  
  Heard that there is a car refinancing at only 1.6% with no tie down period and penalty ??
  
  Sounds too good to be real ...
  
  With criteria that :
  (1) u must be car first-owner
  (2) no coe (>10 yrs) car
  (3) hold cars more than 6 mths.

  Be careful of possible scams by dealers!
  
  A friendly message to all potential car buyers here, just remember this line and learn it well: "If a deal sounds too good to be true, then it probably is".

  i am awared of it , but 1.6% is a marketing awareness from XXX bank.
  They don do it anymore.
  
  
  There is another bank offering 1.8% .....no locked , no penalty but only for 1st hand car only. (less than 2 yrs) call 6328-6479 and says refers from BOB........
