  SINGAPORE (expensive car.low maintenence)

  HONG KONG (cheap but high maintenence)
  
  i jus came back from a holiday in hong kong..jus wanna share with u guys ...
  
  i was shocked to see so many acura cars(right hand drive) than honda cars in hong kong
  
  it seems that their country can have both honda and acura..if only spore can also
  
  In hong kong cars are much cheaper than in spore ...i saw a lot of skylines, acura rsx ,porsche,GTO,m3...you can see at least a dozens of skyline each day...how envious..
  however cars like wrx,celica are rare there..
  
  though their car is very cheap..a new honda accord would cost only around SGD20k-30k+..equvailent to our COE ..however maintainence is super high...can you imagine parking rate per hour in a rural area cost about SGD4 per hour ... not to mention in urban districts... goodness also full tank petrol cost about SGD150+ ...more than twice in spore

  You should make a trip to Oz, a brand new nissan sunny, or toyota corolla, or peugot 206, will set you back AUD$19,990. Most jap economy cars are assembled here and come with standard 1799cc engines, not 1605cc.
  
  A brand new skyline will set you back around AUD$40K-$50. The more popular models here are the RX-8 and DC2s, they're all over the place!
