KUDOS to TP BUT NOT enough have been done!

  following my comments, TP had proceeded to make arrest of a Thai tipper truck - fine + jail and a fine for another local truck speedster....however, the latter was only fined coz no proof of tampering with speed limiter.....stupid.....
  and best part is yesterday along CTE, a tipper truck carrying sand was travelling above 70km/hr.......why aren't the speed camera being deployed? is it because they (TP) think it will be a waste of time as these high truck drivers can see them from afar?
  
  so the only victims are the cars (low and cannot spot TP easily)?
