No place is safe from the TP. GO NORTH, fines are cheap and no demerit points. Also the all important mid-range acceleration tests can be conducted.....i.e from 110km/hr to 200km/hr then on to 220km/hr and then whatever your car can reach flat out.......all these can only be done up North without fear of losing liscense.
