all taken in 18 no matter what test u taking. i suppose u have to take basic theory first...but takinga license is 18 no less...even if u 17++ also cannot take

yeah man..true...6 years ago when my dad got the license the rumour come liao..I got my driving license when im 19 in 2002..dont believe in those crap s-h-i-t abt the 21 thing when u are born in 1987....all bullcrap man...it is still 18 no matter what...and damn it this topic abt 21 take license is farking irritating....let it be clear....
