How much you spent (roughly) to get your class 3?
Everything from basic theory test ($6++) till getting that plastic licence ($50)
Sorry for the typo in the title. The question is how MUCH you spent to get your class 3? Sorry for the misunderstanding

School about $3- 4k
Also depends on how long u tak to learn... Coz the cost is per lesson de... -

i think your figures is abit on the high side ger ... heee ... i took school few years back while a total spending of $1.6k-$1.8k ... but still if you are good in driving you save otherwise you spend more ...Originally posted by ahkico:Depends on u private or school...

i spent 2k on the dot (from enrollment until all that platic card).
Gold instructor... lol.. and not to mention i wasted money on 3 lessons. 1 of them peak hour lesson one off peak. Both i forget to attend. and 1 extra AT lesson!! -

i had mine for little over 500 SGD (ie. if i incl. the COSTLY plastic version).. with a private instructor.
was still doing my NS back then, and had to be thrifty.. practised with my dad's car most of the time, instead of hiring the instructor's car to go circles..

i below but close to $1k,1 time pass le...per lession of 1&1/2hr is at $23,took 30 time....the rest additional charges add up to $1k..tat was bout 1 or 2 yrs ago wid a privite instructor at bukit gombak MRT there..if u wan u PM me lor. or sent me e-mail,([email protected]) i intro u that driving instructor...my friend jus pass ,$1.1k last 2 mths nia...

Time spent to learn how to drive a class 3 license
1) 1st day took written test and 1 day of practice with my mom and sister
2) 2rd day spent $50 to took the test in the states. Passed
Conversion to Singapore licence.
1) $6 bucks on Basic Theory. Passed
$56 bucks in total -
Spent bout $400++...din actually went for lessons..kekekke..cos instructor says i too gd liaoz..was a private instructor...everything included..not more than $500...

I enrolled in BBDC, paid about 1.5k++ and got my lic. in about 2 to 3 months.
I live in the west and my NS unit was in Paya Lebar..thus the rush

For school, u got to complete all 33 sub b4 u r allowed to book for ur test date... It will tak about 1.5 to 2 mths...
Dependin on how fast or slow u tak to learn...
The no of lessons u tak doesn have a requirement... School, though it has 33 sub, doesn mean u need 33 lessons... Eg, one lesson, mayb u can clear 2 or 3 sub, dependin on ur learnin speed, etc... -

i spend $1710 flat. including BTT and FTT. the extra $10 is because i donated money to the tester's kid's donation card. i got my license in slightly less than 2 months.
