i using logitech formula force GP, for PCs, selling for $142 now at sim lim sq. their more ex version made with Momo is about $180.

Cheapest if Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP. Also works as a Logicool GT Force with PS2. Abt 150 bucks.
If you really want good, try the higher end Momo Logitech or the Ferrari F1 Thrustmasters wheels. Abt 300 bucks for the kit.
If you want the best for PC, go to TecDrome, and ask Mr Woo for the Act Labs Force RS, with manual stick RS Shifter option with the Act Labs Performance Pedals bundle. THAT is the ultimate PC wheel setup.
If you are using the PS2, try the Logicool GT Force Pro, with sequential shifter and 900 degrees turning. Abt 300 bucks. -
