Try BSR ECU re-tuning kit. Chk it out @ www.swedesport.net They cater for SAAB, Volvo, Volkswagen ECUs. Cost is about $1600. I think they do, but the question is by how much? I used to drive a A3 before, which is pretty much the same car, and I didnt have any complain about the car. Really wanna race go to a track. Dont see a point winning in street race unless there is a wage (Above $5k). Consider being caught in action, license revoked, car compounded, heavy fined.
