I was driving along serangoon road towards AMK, under a bridge was a police van with the back open and a camera was pointing out with an officer shooting. i was travelling at abt 90km/h, but i think that 3 lane road has only a 50km/h limit. Do u think i kanna caught on candid camera liao? Any way of checking?

How to drive slower? 90km/h is cruising speed liao leh, no car some more. I think everyone also drive at that speed and only slow down when there is a camera around. Anyway even on expressway i keep to 90kmh.

relacs bro. according to the Driver Improvement Points System(DIPS), page 117 of the Advance Theory Of Driving(6th Edition) it will 12 points for exceeding speed limit of the road by more than 40km/h to 50km/h. U will only be charged in court if ur speed is over by 60km/h which is a 24 points offence.
exceeding 50km/h to 60km/h will be 18 points and charge in court. -

If I were to drive 50km/h
1)I'd be under reving my 5th gear, and also not untilising the engine's optimum efficency. Thus contributing to the green house effect.
2)Passengers bcoming agitated, having their personal reasons.
3)Prolong other commuters waiting time for a cab especially peak hours.
4)Pose a danger to myself n others, when others starts overtaking, waving in n out of traffic. -
well, its entirely up to u whether if u wanna drive at 50km/hr or even 150km/hr..but dun put the blame on tp for taking away ur licence and slap u wif a fine.

wat if u keep below the speed limit and during traffic light u drag ur wheels and gear and pick up fast.. issit an offence too if the speed is still below the limit?
