Yellow Ferrari left in public carpark for weeks~

Hi everyone,
I have noticed that there is a particular yellow Ferrari that is been parked in a public carpark of chinatown.
The strange thing is that the Ferrari has been left there for weeks~ same spot ...day n nite...
Also I saw a traffic warden walk pass that car without bookin it...really weird...
somemore there is no nothing on the windscreen...no parking coupon ....no 'COE'..no country club...nothing~....
I have actually taken a few pictures with my moblie phone but I am not sure how to upload the pics...
So if anyone will like to see this 'Ferrari' n help me upload so that everyone can take a look....please give me a message.

Dun bother is to think too hard. Some rich gusy who stays and owns a few shops parks it there. There is also a Harley Davidson with fabulous paintwork parked there but covered up.

Yeah I believe so.. late 80's - early 90's model...

I am just curious only..cos that car has been there for weeks..same spot...
n the car also dun have any 'car park coupon' n the traffic warden just walk away...without even lookin~
The most funny thing is that the Ferrari has no ' official COE'...
nothing on the windscreen at all....
