  hi everyone,
  
  I just saw the new skyline today, just wondering if anyone knows more about this car?
  
  I know it is not that GTR that most SKYLINE diehards luv...but nevertheless..
  
  How different is this version?
  
  Is is a 'sport salon'?

  the one that looks like it has the 350Z headlamps? i saw that on the roads back last year, around aug or sept.

  This happened a couple of years ago.
  
  Nissan decoupled the Skyline moniker from the GT-R badge.
  
  The Skylines are now used on their luxury machines, and if you are looking for direct matches in other marques, think of the LS430 and the SC430 in the Lexus range (for the 4 door sedan and the 2 door coupe), rather than the traditional Supra.
  
  The GT-R moniker was originally kept for the successor to the R34 but so far there has been no news of the unit, despite some prototype shots of what COULD be the nextgen R35.

  my clazz mate has the new skyline coupe ... it looks dissapointing, the looks of it is not at all fierce ... i think is a monster no more

  Errr.. I hang out there cos I was looking at the A4 1.8TQM at one point and I have a number of friends who were either VAGSG owners or still are
