Lousy and 'tao' sales-persons at toyota???

yo bros, heard alot of people says that toyota sales persons vry tao, lousy service, proud, stuck-up... should the toyota mangement know about this? so that they can screw them up??? what are your views???

Key word here is you 'HEARD'. Everyday I hear many things too. So I have a case to complain to someone higher up?

I agree with you. Before my Picanto, I went there to see the Vios,it was when it is still new with Britney Spears ads. When I went there, it was Saturday and so everyone was busy. I walk around to look see look see. I was with my parents at that time and I was driving the Mitsubishi Town Bee. When I ask the sales regarding the car, the way he talks is like you feel that he look down on you. Maybe he is thinking, " aiyah, won't buy one lah, ask so much for what." Upon see this situation, I left the place without second thought. Come on man! car is a thing which you need to have lots of commitment to it and not like supermart buying vegetables. Next, I don't know if anyone went to Suzuki? Same problem there. Like bean sprouts price went up. Later, then I found out that both are from the same mother company. Is Suzuki and Toyota from links to each other? I only know that Toyota owns Hino and Daihatsu.
The blame shall not be to Toyota as they are the car manufacturer. It shall goes to Borneo Motor the distributor. It is good to complain to their manager best more GM so that they know their staff are so lousy.
Best if you know Jap guys from Toyota then let the manufacturer screw and pressure Borneo Motor for spoilting their reputation. -
My bro-in-law went to the showroom and was pissed off by the 'stuck-up' treatment he received from them. They looked down on you if they realised that you can't really afford to buy their cars.

simply becos they have high sales record & no need to to 'kowtow' to customer.
ppl just keeps coming in to buy so now 'how lian'. no need to do sale , cars will auto-sell by itself wif advs.

One word to describe my personel encounter " Arrogant"
I actually bought my new-ride from an out-side dealer(Friend) as the service i got form BM is very "un-encouraging"

Yeh ! U are all right abt them! I met one too few years back! I went straight to another car agent and the treatment was totally different. How ever times were not so good now, they may have change. I hope!

just abt 2-3 yrs back, toyota was doing sooo well that pple just keep walking in to buy their cars. they do not even have to talk much and pple will automatically buy their cars.
tat was the time when their sales pple earn until full.
so perhaps now they are still having that attitute? -
Totally agree! Just went to the showroom last weekend and found their SE not very keen to explain too much! Then I walk over to Peugeot and it's totally different experience!! :-) Very good explanation and they really know their product!
Same good service in Sin Tien Seng, and finally booked one Daihatsu YRV from them! -
