Hmmm, does honda really sux? Personally i dun think so. Althought many ah bengs likes it. But i feel it is kind of a gd car. And it has VTEC(something which is very cool). Well, it is juz a personally opinion.

SOHC VTEC

I think the prejudice is mainly on the Civic, does not affect all of Honda... I test drive "Chwee Bic" recently and really it is a fast and powerful car. VTEC kicks in at around 4000 rpm... need fast, good and concentrated driver to handle at fast speed. -
aiya u so mean ... the beng stereotype is inescapable, but for younger ppl who are just starting work, or whose parents can't afford to buy em a brand new conti car or shiny new jap car, it's a good and decently reliable entry level 1st car. 2nd hand EGs and EKs gg for quite cheap these days, just have to make sure tt whatever mods done to it by previous owners are legal.Originally posted by L@gSoN:its pronounced "Chwee Bic"

walau... vtecs r gd leh... last wk when my mom juz got new car, she not used to so powerful engine... den juz go out on straight road she floor the accelerator sia...(not sure whether floor anot)
den when i was checkin out the radio, i suddenly kena pushed back onto my seat... siao 1 leh... my mom also shocked... -

Actually it the driver and not the car when accident happened...

civic has a nice outlook and many aftermarket stuffs to mod with...
No doubt its body is as light as feather....its more prone to accident partly because of its body weight n driver.
