Carparks with pay per use tap to wash cars?

Hi,
anyone knows where in SG got those public carparks with those pay per use taps e.g(drop 20cents den can fill a pail of water)?
or else when washing car must go up and down to take water..

I nt sure of the exact blk number but its near to Blk 303... at sengkang east ave...
Saw many ppl wash their cars there everyday.... quite convenient -
Telok Blangah Drive MSCP (taps at 3 levels)
I have seen a lot of cars stopping along Telok Blangah Heights, taking water from a drain to wash the cars. Mebbe, they find that the water from the Telok Blangah Hill is cleaner.

go to community club to get water lah...or even toliets in kopi shops oso can mah

if u live in the west.. i can even recommend u those taps that are really powerful!!!
depending on the size of ya pail.. well, mine can fill nearly two pails full.. -

go to the beach there sure got tap free flow one or find a friend who stays in a condo ... sure have free flow tap

Go to Esso kiosk. Most of them have free water tap for use. Not all Esso have. Hint: See where those taxi ah pek gathers...
If you staying near Upper Thomson area, go the Caltex kiosk. They having car wash promotion. 51 manual washes for $1.95 each ( coupon style), unlimited period. Good deal if you do not want to wash yourself. -
think most of the HDB mscp have tis facility...
last u hav to use coin but now is cash card ready...
or go to some petrol kiosk n u can get free water like some taxi drivers does...
