I was waiting for a parking lot and later when a second car came in to the car park and at that time, one car which is nearer to the second car is leaving its lot.Should the second car who came in later than me let me have the lot or the car can have the lot becoz its nearer???

one day after my friend park his vehicle at the lot,den when he was going,he see this car going to park his car(the driver was a uncle).Before he was going to park,1 car drive faster den him and park the lot(young driving).den the uncle come out and go to the young driver and say hey,how come you like this?Den the young driver say,I"M Young And I'm Fast...den the uncle angry go back to the his car and Reverse his car and hit his car and come out and say to that young driver,I Old But I'm Rich...

About parking lots and rights to one.
Personally, I think if you're there first, and waiting for one nearest you ( in front of your car ) you have the right to claim. Anyone leaves a lot behind you, and someone else spots it first and occupies it, you have no rights.
To me, getting a parking lot requires targetting. Look for potential lots, cars or drivers walking to their cars, and go wait there. Or, spot one far away and go for it quickly. Turn on hazard lights and stop in front of the empty lot till cars behind you passes by. Don't drive foward too much and allow the one behind to simply slide into it! Block it first, than reverse into it.
Always works. Better still if you go further away from entrances into shopping centers in basement carparks, no one likes to walk so plenty of lots to park there. -

i block off the entire exit and entrance to the carpark by parkin at the entrance diagonally, that way no one can come in or leave unless i say so
