I think, a parked car, and how it is parked, tells more of its driver than a moving car on the road.
Same as a person; when a person is awake, you can't really tell what sort of character he/she really is, as we often put on facades at work or play. But asleep, a person takes on many sleeping positions that tells of the individual's personality.
It is said that a resting body is more telling t,han one that is up and about. -

i dun think we can see from park car coz some ppl r really not good in
judgement of their veh...does it reflect their personality??? -

i'm generous & courteous
give way to other road users... unless it's those unruly ones esp cabbies, who see me p-plate try to eat me, like just now. then sorry hor, i'll show u i ain't to be trifled with 
anyway was anyone driving along orchard boulevard just now just before turning right to borders? a lorry leaked oil or what liquid onto the road izit? -
