Speed wannabes at orchard after midnight..

I seen it all last...there are this group of people with their modified Egs, swift, corolla, lancer, etc..they are just trying to race and drag each other engines at the back road at orchard until tanglin mall area..and later travel slowly back (front orchard road due to many police there) to the suntec area there and start all over again...and this goes on for rounds and rounds and rounds and rounds...
whats the purpose? or any one here join those people? -
Accelerator pedal was probably stuck thats why... Either that or they pumped the wrong type of petrol and wanted to clear the tank ASAP... thats my conclusion becos I know that there is no such thing as illegal street racing in singapore.
