Road tax?

  Hi people.
  
  I read from the old threads from here and saw one person say that cars after COE (after 10 years), road tax is more expensive (10% increase per year)..is it true??

  yes and they will increase till the max amount which is 50%

  Does anyone knows if paid road tax is refundable - i.e. if one has already paid for full year and decided to sell off the ride about 3/4 months later. Many thanks...

  Not in any of our life time for road tax or any tax to be refundable!
