waive summons?

can i do it?i mean by writing letter..can provide some idea?bros..
was parking at holland road carpark..the offroad 1..and was after 10.30..din noe that stupid carpark 24hrs round the clock need to pay..blood suc*kers..ergh!...den kanna summon..sianz..30 bucks for a cake..ouch!
got any ideas how to write in and get the summon waived?

Hehe... go to the nearest HDB branch... then ask them for the appeal form... go to enquiries, not the payment booths... Then after you write everything, give it back to the person with your ticket... they'll reply to you after 2-3 weeks...

say cannot liao ticket out liao...

ask mi go to HDB ura.. at place.. forgot..
say i stomachache go find toilet. and car park full ...
oni went for less 5 mins.
and plead .. for a chance... that u will not do it agian..
plus u got a good record.. not say everytime ganna....
