Bycycle is Rear Wheel Drive as you cycle, the chain pull the rear(back) wheel to make the bicycle move.Originally posted by martin_lim85:i still dun got it what is FWD RWD... will i learnt in the driving school?

And a kiddo/baby bicycle is a Front Wheel Drive. The cycle padel is front and the moving wheel that drag the bicycle are the front.
Got my explaination?
If can't get FWD and RWD... then what will happen if someone says FF, FR, MR, etc...Originally posted by martin_lim85:i still dun got it what is FWD RWD... will i learnt in the driving school?

In term of pickup, all wheel drive is faster than 2 wheeler(FWD & RWD) but once like from 150km/h over till 200 or 300km/h 2 wheeler is faster as it does not requires more engine power to pull it further.
Pick-up: AWD is slower than 2WD because of the weight disadvantage and method to release the clutch to prevent clutch spin assuming everything is the same.
Top Speed: Not necessary 2WD is faster as AWD does not need more power to pull it either at that kind of speed. AWD might have a slower top speed due to the heavier kerb weight, not the power
Dear people,Originally posted by LH83:All wheel drive and 4 wheel drive are the same thing... just that Subaru calls it All wheel drive...
AWD will be heavier than FWD because of the rear diff and connecting rod (if I din get the name wrongly)Originally posted by LittleTiger:What if we are talking about car with SAME weight or same kerb weight? what will it be?
