im not too suprised really. merc's engines are getting crazier in terms of power and torque. SL65 AMG n CL 65 AMG both have over 1000Nm of torque, and could be 1250Nm if it wasn't for the fact that they dun have a transmission that can handle 1250Nm, so its limited to 1000Nm. The Zonda's 500+ bhp in fact, is not the most power merc engine available. But when your engine is 7.3l producing 500+ bhp, the components are not stressed so much, so I suppose Mr Pagani wanted reliablity in his engines as well.Originally posted by D16Z6:noe it only yest when i read one of the mag...

nope i dun think he intended to. But what he ended up with was a car both bloody quick AND luxurious.Originally posted by TwinTurbo_Supra:look at the interior!!! i dun think he intended to make an F50...
have u seen the interior of the F50??? Disastrous!!!!Originally posted by HENG@:nope i dun think he intended to. But what he ended up with was a car both bloody quick AND luxurious.
well no it's not disastrous. Its minimalist. It's supposed to be that way to save weight. Thats more or less how all those nice racing cars like the JGTC and FIA GT, ETCC, BTCC and DTM cars look inside.Originally posted by TwinTurbo_Supra:have u seen the interior of the F50??? Disastrous!!!!
