SSDC question...how long b4 i can book practical lessons

  Hi guys lets say i just applied for enrolment in the ssdc(amk) and i want to book practical lessons dates can i do it immediately or do i have to wait certain amt of days b4 my acc. gets activated or anything?

  Hmm, the counter staff who processed your enrolment didn't brief you?!
  
  Anyway, at the time of enrolment, you could have booked practical lesson dates with the counter staff immediately there and then. Otherwise, she would also have given you your PIN, which you can straightaway use to book lessons online.
  
  Have you taken your Basic Theory Test (BTT)? If not, I'd advise you to pass it first before taking any pracs. Otherwise your lessons would be confined in the circuit.

  Well.. Once u enrolled into the course, then ur pin all will be automatically be activated liao..
  
  So u can st away go book for ur practical lessons.. Usually they advice u to enblock - meaning u fixed for a large no of lessons in advance. Coz the lessons are lik hotcakes.. very hard to get vancacy. So if u know ur schedule, u can well fixed for more lessons in advance lor..
  
  I stupid stupid wait till the date they gave me then go for lesson... waited almost 1.5mth tat time.. But then u can go fixed by urself. go online, etc or go there to book which ever slot available lor. so don have to wait so long..

  U can book anytime u like...
  
  But u must pass your Basic First..and possible your advanced,so u can drive the car..But if u have neither of both..pass them than can book..
  
  Frankly speaking..i miss the days of learning in SSDC...every lesson the feeling so great...

  Hmm, actually that's not true. Even before passing BTT and FTT, you can still go for pracs. However, you will be confined to the circuit, you can't go out to the roads. Thus, it is advisable to pass at least your BTT first before booking for pracs in order not to waste time. As for FTT, you can sit for it along the way while doing pracs.

  u are half correct,i can say.I pass my BTT and while waiting for my FTT TEst,i go for my prac...But it just wasting my money...Cuase at my 3th lesson in SSDC...i am learning how to drive with 3th gear...And i can't go out of the road..so LL teach me in the curcuit...let say...for 1 and 1/2 hr..i only got chance to go to 3th gear maybe 3 time?Cuase curcuit is pack with slow car ..in the end..the sir still mark me..as unpass..cuase only go up 3 time how he grade me..

  You mean you weren't allowed to go onto the public roads before passing FTT? That's strange, cos I sat for my FTT only after my 12th prac, but from the 3rd prac, I'd already gone out of the circuit.

  I think see inst? i only passed basic theory, then start lesson liao.. Also go out to road lik tat.. they only see tat u have PDL can liao le..
