Petrol payment and discounts

  Esso/Mobil
  - Citibank Esso Mobil Privilege Card - 3% petrol rebate,
  Smiles points, NTUCLINK pts (Mobil only)
  - Fleet Card - 10% rebate (no Smiles points),
  NTUCLINK pts (Mobil only)
  
  Shell
  - ???
  
  SPC
  - OCBC - 13%???
  
  This what i know so far...
  Can anyone help fill up any other discounts or rebates available.

  Citibank Esso Mobil card 3% meh?? I thought Citi Esso and DBS Master are 5% rebate.

  5% discount sure have on citibank cards, here i'm refering to Citibank Esso Mobil Privilege Card which, rebates you another 3% of your patrol payment in your credit card bill.
  
  5% is the discount when paying, 3% is the rebate on your petrol bill.
  
  Correct me if i'm wrong....

  That was history skyone.
  
  Now it is 5% for citibank esso and dbs master esso or whatever is higher at the kiosk. no more additional rebate leow loh...

  when i made payment, the amount is already 5% off
  but i still see the %3 rebate in my latest bill (in bold)...
  i think that's for august petrol rebate which rebates me on september,
  i will wait for my october bill to see if i'm rebate for the previous month.
