I need you Guys opinion on Tuscani

Whether this car is worth it....value at 80k ++
or rather sonata is worth it ...value at 60k+ + -
I got this very strong feeling this topic is going to get bashed...

I say go for the sonata. I'm impressed by its rear lights. Tuscani, to me, its bling factor.

Seriously, do not get a Tuscani. It's the number 1 poser car. It has no power at all. What's the point of the fancy name and pseudo-sports car look when it can't run. -
not so much on outlook...but rather performance...is it very hard on petrol??
and does it have re-sale price??
i heard that korean car not much market for second hand..

Anyways, my opinion of the tuscani is that, for about 100k, the V6 is quite a nice car to get. sure its not WRX fast but its a coupe, and there's just this certain sexiness about coupes. And it is certainly affordable. Do change the rims though. The stock ones aren't exactly things of beauty. And watch out for the FC. From personal experience, Hyundai cars' FC can be a bit suprisingly higher than u'd expect. -
It's possible to clock 500km for a full tank...
a full tank is about 55L -
considering buying TUCSON-SUV at the same price?

comparing tuscani and sonata is not logical...different kind of car.
tuscani is the cheapest 'sports-like' car ard now but i think the insurance will still blow you away.
Tuscani looks nice but it's still a hyundai. Rather save the money to buy a
conti sedan car. -

well actually i think they were more pointing to the fact thats its considered an affordable sports car bah. not everyone who was saying its cheap is saying its bad also. -
Top Gear did a review on the Tus. Surprised that they rated it a good car.

ah yes, match20, theres a tuscani owner here. u can ask him for opinions, as he, owning and driving one, should have more insights to it.

My view For this Car....Not bad...leave a impression in me..My family own a E200,Rx300,Honda Civic Vti and A tuscani..and i alway drive all this 4 car...so i base my view on this 4 car...
As for sitting position with the steering wheel...i feel the tuscani win the 3 car i mention flat down...i make u sit low..and the steering at abt your shoulder lvl...u feel comfortable with the position...
As for Fc...well it the most drinker among all the car...i drove it for 1 week..and spend on 120buck on the petrol..2 full tank per week..maybe i heavy footed ba...average rev is abt 4,000rpm..
As for turning..and concering ...as for comfortable sure lost to rx300 and E200,but sure win any 1.6 stock car our there...even u turn at quite high speed..surpising there no body roll...and it turn well too...maybe it low?
As for performance...if u just taking the car for a transport...it gd...actually it performance is not bad as what most think...0-100 vs sunny..civic..and altis..is a breeze for it...but dun talk abt wrx..evo or intergra those la..so actually comparing it value and what is offer...it quite a gd buy..if u are not so into FC...
Actually what heng is correct...some ppl buy that car for it look..instead of looking at overall performace...some may just want a 2 door ca and dun have much cash...so they turn to tuscani..and what will they feel...if u keep bashing their car..pls think of other also
...i dun bash other car..too...learn to respect each and other car... A car is not cheap in sg..( my family at first consider either a celica,intergra or a wrx...but we chose this car cuase it the less ferice looking among the 3...cuase most of my family member are girl..the other 3 just car dun suit them) -

dunno it heavy-footed or not..that week i am working...so every morning go office at katong...than to changi airport...than back to katong than to changi airport again....than go back katong again..maybe that lead to the 120 ba..

It depends on your reason why you want a car!
If forfamily use, get a Sonata.
Both are totally different!
One is a saloon and the other a coupe!
