Anyone Do This to escape parking fine?

under my block there is a martix driver....age abt 20-30 like that.. the thing that catch my attention is,the car stranded always has a parking fine on it window...at first i thought wah so suay..everyday kenna fine..still dun want to buy...season parking....after thinking for a while...my own family car also never buy season parking why never alwasy kenna fine ..so one day i go peek at his coupon .....the date of summon is 1 wk before...
...another week pass..and ...he still put the same coupon.. -
i tink the auntie will just F care and give another summon.....their bonus at stack leh
