Looks like you are looking something below $80K.
If price alone is a consideration, buy Korean, probably cannot get a more mechanically sound car than Kia Caren or even the Trajet. It is huge for its price. Caren is price $20K cheaper than the Wish and would outweigh whatever fuel inefficiency it has during the car lifespan, and you actually pay a lot less if you can just gaetting a car to move around the family.
All the cars are pretty reliable with the older Technology car easier to maintain.
If you have got children, buy one with sliding door. Easier access and don't have to worry that your child opening the door into other people's car.
Buy one with rear window that can be open to access the storage behind. If you park in multi storey Carpark, you will probably unlikely to open your rear door if you reverse park. Having the glass openable make it easier for you to deposit your shoppings, take the childs pram etc.
Not many car have this feature. I drive a Prairie that have these suitable features and found it extremely useful in my daily routine. The car is good to drive, CVT transmission is smooth, excellent visibility and driving position, sufficient power but it would good if it can have Wish mileage. Currently, the car does 480km/52 L. The last trip to Malaysia incl Highland driving, it did 630/52L. have taken it all the way to Cameron and back without problem.
If you can wait, try the new Toyota ISIS. Humongous sliding door on passenger side, 1.8L VVTi engine, CVT Transmission and it's a Japan Made Toyota.
