minium COE price??

  It will never be year end. from my analysis, lowest always in OCT each year when demand is lowest. Year end, Chi New Yr etc will catapult demand hence COE prices.

  For past three year (during open COE tender):-
  
  COE start to drop on Oct, and slowy going down until the following year Jan, just three weeks before CNY.
  
  It can reduced by abt $3K to 5K for past history.
  
  OCT - More COE equal cheaper COE
  
  NOV - More people wait and see and planing what car to buy after getting bouse, so COE will drop
  
  DEC - People confirm the type of car, But havn't get bouse yet, so COE will drop further
  
  JAN - A lot will book by this month and COE will be remain the same
  
  FEB - Started to increase already
  
  So if u can wait till next year if you are not urgently need to change a new car.

  COE will increase or lower next year 2005?
  
  COE will be lower next year, cause still a lot of non-secure job, employee know that anytime they can be jobless, since most of the buz are not doing well.
  
  Well for buz man, will try to keep their cost as low as possible, about 80% of the buz in Sg are not doing well, some of them even in negative return
  
  Next year COE sure will drop.

  COE has dropped quite low already.. Year end bonuses all come in and chinese new year as well.. there will be a slight increasement from my point of view.. esp the below 1.6L catergory. dont see the above 1.6L cat to increase that much, people are budgetting themselves

  COE was ary low BUT people still HOLD and WATCH and WAIT
  
  Bouses have to wait another one and half month
  AND
  Chinese new year have to wait for anothe two and half month
  
  There will be 4 more bid to go, so just watch/wait and see.
  
  I mentioned earlier, COE will drop, you see now drop.
