Just go slow and keep to the left and you will be fine ... side view mirrors are more in use when you want to do a lane change ...Originally posted by BufPuf:for me..

the mist that you see during raining day is on the windows and not on the mirror ...i dont see the need of having such thing ...Originally posted by Lancerlot:how about side view mirror wipers???why nobody invent that accessory??i bet it helps when in heavy rain.
Yah be driver in army gd, got $150 for every 3000km you clock. Was a transport sup when i served, also got $$ and free class 3/4 license when you clock 7000km.

Not to mention putting up with the soldiers who hurl vulgarities at you when you E brake and send them flying to the front of the Tonner... hehe...Originally posted by Lancerlot:well most of the drivers that are selected usually don't possess class 3. there are some, n these chaps no need to take basic theory. but drive class 4 5-tons is differerent from class 3, need to have greater awareness of your surroundings n cope wif a bigger feel of ur ride. Drivers also siong, got midnight details n outfield camo tonner wif baka pole n huge camo nets.
As for the heavy rain, unless got sum big umbrella, if not got to rely on ur senses n stick to ur lane. its frequent lane changing when in heavy rain that cause accidents (together wif the skidding)![]()
never ever on your hazard lights.Originally posted by kops21:On your Head lights when it rains.
Hazzard lights if visibility is very bad.
Drive slow.
For god sake, just drive normal. DonÂ’t slow down or jam break for nothing.
If got a big pool of water in front, release accelerator and slide through. Do not deliberating slow or jam break. Those behind cannot see what is in front.
Keep a safety distance in front of the car and look to left and right constantly and aware of the surrounding.
If you are not confident, just find a good (safety) spot and stop the car and wait for the rain to stop or dwindle.
Drive safely.![]()
