Problems getting delivery of your new car?

  Hi, I've booked a car recently and the salesperson promised I'll get my car latest in 2 weeks' time. However, after everything is signed and COE secured, salesperson told me they have no idea when the shipment is coming and if my choice color will be available? This is so frustrating!
  
  Can someone out there tell me if it's true they don't even know the details of their shipment???? Advice??? Wonder why they want to delay the delivery?

  DOUBTS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR CHOICE COLOUR AFTER ALL THE REGISTRATIONS ARE DONE???!!! i won't tolerate this surely... what agent is that???

  Its not registered yet. During booking, told me there's one left but after I won the bid on Wed, called and told me that the car has been taken by another buyer who opt for immediate delivery. I can understand that but as a salesperson, I expect them to know date of next delivery and if I can get the color of my choice. BUT kept telling me DON'T KNOW! and just have to wait!!! Then why assured me I can get it latest within 2 weeks during booking....
  
  Anyone with similar encounters?

  they know when the next shipment will leave the port..however its normal to wait for at least 2 months???..maybe??..
  
  cos i waited for 2 months then got car..but 2 weeks is abit rush and unbelievable
