  any1 noe where to get the full set of initial d stage III with english subtitles? i can only find those with chinese subtitles

  for Third Stage I would recommend you get the fansubbed download. It's still legal since it's not licensed in U.S yet.
  
  Fourth Stage currently will be selling in episodes by episodes because the complete series will be finished only in 2005. Till then, you can only purchase them in the 2 episodes per disc set
