Subaru Impreza TS

Hi guys,
I was thinking to get the new subaru impreza TS.Recently i see alot of TS that is juz like a WRX (with high spoiler and front air scoop).Was wondering anyone knows what is the price now?
Can drivers of the TS tell me how is the FC?I heard that the TS is underpower compared to its rivals like honda civic,toyota altis and mitsubishi lancer.Is it true?And is the car maintenance very high?
Really need answers for this questions.

how much is the TS now? is it more worth it to get the WRX Impreza?
it is only about $100K now. can bargain till cheaper i think. -
95 bhp if i am not wrong so can say it is underpowered?

WRX is very much affordable nowadays but the problem will only sets in when u r paying the insurance and road tax. This applies to TS also the heavy body on a 4 wheel drive platform makes the car looses it power. But well the cornering is much more superior compare to FF and FR cars. -

recently i went to the show rooms... seen a few 1.6 class
i can say lancer is a better buy now..
campare to others....
proton gen 2... altot improve frm its brothers....
its very low grade built i mean the interior... but power engine, not proven campro. priced at 58k
mit lancer interior built is so far the best... built wise and not so cheapo feeling... but compare to the previous model... its more shaky.. aka not as stable. price 62k
subaru ts ... the seats upgraded frm the last model ... better seats more support. interior feels plastic... look outdated interior. outside yes sporty look. whahahha most chio sales.. price 74k
honda civic ... interior not bad ,,, built is good... but leading second.
engine is proven. and light weight. interior oso getting old..
price at 72k if i can rem....

how about getting a mazda 3? 107bhp, if i'm not wrong... looks nice too. FC should be about 11km/l for auto.
dont get a normal TS and change it to a wannabe Rex... no point. people can see and they'll start talking what a cheapo you are. -
mazda 3 is an overpriced car. no doubt the design is nice but paying S$85k for an 1.6? think again.

buy the TS and top up S$20K to get the US spec STI engine conversion plus AP Racing brake kit and RSR Suspension set.
Save at least S$5K and get something better than stock WRX.
The remaining can go for a better clutch. -
The TS does not have the punch off the line even from standstill. The weight of the body and the 4WD drivetrain losses all conspire to give it very ordinary performance.
You must realize in Singapore there is lots of stop-go traffic, thus FC is very high (you have to keep accelerating from stops all the time). It feels like a very solid car though, has the well-bolted together feeling.
The Toyota Altis and Civic both feel more lively, and I think also have the best fuel consumption of this lot here. -

either get the best or the worst. In other words a TS or STI anyway the TS is good only in handling but dats abt all. even the soundproofing sucks. going sell my TS soon FC 10km/l. Might as well get a 2l car.
