Is there a BBS at NTU?

  Hi,
  
  I'm from China and there is a BBS almost in every university there. It's a great place to communicate with other students and make many good friends there. But I still haven't found such one at NTU. Anyone konws please tell me or reply this post. Thanks a lot!
