So as the the title reads, this is my first post here. I'm sorry if this isnt the right place for this thread, pardon me coz i'm new here.
I've applied to Nanyang technological university and im expecting the outcome in August after I upload my final A2 grades. I've hear it's extremely competitive for students of boards in India (CBSE etc.). Infact, my cousin had got 96 average in Physics, chem and math in her 12th CBSE (Indian board), and she didn't get in :-/
Although, I'm doing my CIE 'A' Level, and I'm done with my A2. Waiting for my results in August now. I got an a grade in English AS (Highest grade) and an a in math and physics (highest grade). My percentile in Math was 100 and 95 in Physics.
I'm expecting to do equally good in my A2 (highest grade A*) and hoping for 3A*s (Physics, chem math).
Can anyone please enlighten me about my chances of getting in? If anyone is already in NTU and reading this post, it would be great if you could tell me more about the grades of student with A level in NTU? I'm just too nervous and i'm sure the 3 months wait is gonna kill me slowly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :D
locals easier foreigners harder in my time mostly scholars i have met foreign students but i don't know the system very well. but foreigners always get priority in sg lah. we always get undermined by the pap man.
One more thing, if NTU do not like you, your Industrial Attachment will by company colleagues bosses etc who will try to undermine you for their own promotion. It is true!
